Terms of service

        These Terms of Service govern access to wonderchef.shop and purchases made through the store. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of wonderchef.shop. “You” means the website visitor or customer. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you place an order as a consumer, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
        Eligibility and website use
        You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant contract and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity authorised through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
        You must not use the website to break the law; infringe another person’s rights; introduce malware; probe or bypass security; scrape the store in a way that materially disrupts it; submit or commission fake or misleading reviews; conceal that a review was incentivised; commit fraud; or interfere with another customer. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or third parties.
        Product information and availability
        We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative and screen settings may affect colour. Dimensions and specifications should be reviewed before purchase, particularly for equipment requiring installation, compatibility, ventilation, drainage, electrical supply or other technical conditions. Nothing in these terms excuses a material inaccuracy or limits rights in respect of goods that are not as described.
        Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities on reasonable grounds, including stock constraints, suspected resale abuse or fraud. If an item is unavailable after payment, we will inform you and refund the unavailable item.
        Prices, payment and ordering
        Prices displayed at checkout include applicable taxes where stated. Standard delivery is free unless a different option and charge are clearly shown before purchase. You must expressly agree to any optional charge; pre-selected extras do not create a payment obligation.
        The checkout button will make clear when placing the order creates an obligation to pay. You can review and correct order information before submitting it. After submission, we will send an electronic acknowledgement. The acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A binding sales contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when we dispatch the goods, whichever clearly occurs first.
        We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including unavailability, inability to authorise payment, an obvious pricing or description error that you knew or reasonably should have recognised, legal restrictions, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to the address. If payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
        Delivery, title and risk
        Unless otherwise agreed at checkout, orders receive free standard delivery with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 days. Further details are in the Shipping Policy. Goods remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or a person you identify to receive them. If you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us, risk may pass when goods are delivered to that carrier, as provided by law.
        Ownership passes when we receive payment in full and the goods are delivered, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You must inspect packaging reasonably promptly and tell us about missing, incorrect or visibly damaged items so we can investigate, but a delay in reporting does not automatically remove statutory rights.
        Cancellations, returns and refunds
        We offer eligible customers 30 days after delivery to request a change-of-mind return, subject to the exclusions in the Return and Refund Policy. Faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or non-conforming goods may carry separate statutory rights under applicable Canadian law.         Safety, installation and professional use
        Follow manufacturer instructions, warnings, cleaning procedures and maintenance requirements. Do not use damaged or recalled equipment. Installation or servicing that legally or technically requires a qualified professional must be performed by one. Before purchase and use, verify voltage, plug type, power load, dimensions, clearances, ventilation, water, drainage, gas and other compatibility requirements relevant to the item.
        If you purchase wholly or mainly for business purposes, you are responsible for workplace risk assessment, training, inspection and compliance duties applicable to your activity. Consumer-only protections may not apply to a business purchase.
        Intellectual property and third-party services
        The website, trade dress, text, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and make reasonable personal copies for shopping and record-keeping. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
        The website may rely on third-party payment, delivery, hosting or other services. Links to independent websites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their separate content or practices.
        Liability
        Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of statutory consumer rights. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care, but not for loss that was not foreseeable. We do not exclude liability for damage to private property caused by defective digital content where the statutory conditions apply.
        We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer transaction, including lost profit, revenue, contracts, goodwill or business opportunity. Separate written terms may apply to business customers.
        General terms
        If an event beyond reasonable control delays performance, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and communicate significant delay. Your cancellation and refund rights remain available where the law or contract provides them. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. We may transfer our rights and obligations where this does not reduce your protections; you may transfer yours where the law permits or with our written agreement.
        These terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory in Canada in which you reside, to the extent those mandatory laws apply. Consumers living in England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable jurisdiction rules. Contact: info@wonderchef.shop.
